Become a CAAD Patient

Do you need a dental implant and crown, but you’re not sure you can afford the $3,000–$7,000 price tag? Are you unsure if getting a dental implant is the right choice for you, or do you want a dental specialist to supervise every stage of your treatment?

Joining our unique program will allow you to have a dental crown and implant placed under the expert supervision of our board-certified oral surgeons and prosthodontists. We at the CAAD encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.

You can find out if you fit the requirements to become a teaching patient for as little as $500. This will cover the cost of the necessary diagnostic data, which includes a CBCT, specialist exam, and digital intra-oral scan.

If you are eligible, we will let you know when your surgery is scheduled and who the dentist is who will be doing the implant procedure. There won’t be any additional fees for you.

Qualifications:

Healthy adults over 25 who use little to no prescribed medications and have all of their front teeth but one or two missing back teeth are the ideal candidates.

You should have recently undergone a dental examination and cleaning, have healthy dental bone dimensions, be able to remain open during the surgery, not react negatively to local anaesthetic, and not require sedation.
